About the product
Saint Agur is a unique blue cheese developed by Savencia in a stated goal to create a unique and different blue cheese. Saint Agur succeeds in combining the flavors of blue mold with the soft and creamy texture of rich, thick cream. This is a different blue cheese in character and taste and stands apart from other French ‘bleus.’
When served
Lover of blue cheeses use Saint Agur as a seasoning and as an addition salad and pasta sauces. Combining it with pasta dishes and quiches is a significant upgrade to these dishes. Naturally, this unique cheese is an embellishment to any cheese tray. It goes well with old red wine or cold dessert wine when it is served on its own on a slice of rustic bread.
