About the manufacturer
In the 1960s the Rambol dairy was founded north of Paris and began manufacturing cooked cheese, usually with walnuts. Very quickly, the cheese won admirers all over France and became very much in demand. The factory is owned by the international French corporation Savencia, formerly Bongrain. While producing cheeses and other dairy products, Savencia specializes in manufacturing cheeses made according to the traditions of their origins. Its products are distributed world-wide. The factory is rated No. 1 in Europe and No. 5 in the world, in its category.
About the product
The range of Rambol cheeses are of the type called โmolten cheeseโ. Rambol Saumon contains pieces of smoked salmon and this influences the taste of the entire cheese. Thanks to its special texture and refined but rich taste, the cheese is loved by all members of the family, as well as by chefs who find countless uses for it in the kitchen.
