Ingredients:
2 cups white flour
250 grams Tuv Ta’am cheese
2 eggs
Peel of one lemon1 teaspoon baking soda
2 brimming Tablespoons sugar
Oil for frying
St. Dalfour plum fruit spread
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except for the oil, cream (what cream? The cheese?) and the fruit spread. Cover and wait half an hour. Create balls from the dough the size of ping pong balls and fry in a pot/deep pan on a medium flame until golden-brown.
Put on absorbent paper.
Inject the fruit spread into each ball. Can be served with cream.
