{"id":1192,"date":"2017-05-26T22:20:02","date_gmt":"2017-05-26T19:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/p22227-286-14891.s286.upress.link\/chicken-legs-in-a-marinade-of-dijon-mustard-and-seasonings\/"},"modified":"2017-05-26T22:20:02","modified_gmt":"2017-05-26T19:20:02","slug":"chicken-legs-in-a-marinade-of-dijon-mustard-and-seasonings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seyman.co.il\/en\/chicken-legs-in-a-marinade-of-dijon-mustard-and-seasonings\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken legs in a marinade of Dijon mustard and seasonings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chef: Arik Berger<\/p>\n<p>(4 servings)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>16 clean, fresh chicken legs<\/p>\n<p>3 garlic cloves<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon chili flakes<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon honey<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup Maille Dijon mustard a l\u2019ancienee<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon red paprika, sweet or spicy<\/p>\n<p>4 tablespoons mayonnaise<\/p>\n<p>10 coriander stems<\/p>\n<p>Peel of 1 lemon<\/p>\n<p>Juice from 1 lemon<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees Celsius<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix the components of the marinade in a bowl: paprika, chili, honey and Dijon mustard and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Put the cleaned chicken legs in the bowl and mix well, until the marinade covers all the legs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Put the legs in a medium-sized pan in one layer. If there is any marinade left over, pour over the chicken and put in the oven at a maximum temperature of 250 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>After a few minutes cover the pan with aluminum foil, reduce the heat to 200 degrees and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Occasionally turn and rearrange the legs.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the legs from the oven and put on baking paper in a pan. Put in an oven set to turbo\/grill at maximum heat until the chicken gets a crispy coating.<\/p>\n<p>Reduce heat to 180 degrees and leave in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Chop the garlic coriander, and lemon peel, and add the lemon juice. Mix all in a bowl with the mayonnaise and add salt as needed.<\/p>\n<p>Serve the grilled chicken with the spicy mayonnaise. Bon appetit.<\/p>\n<p>[For additional seasoning: Replace the coriander with a mixture of herbs as you like \u2013 parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil and even mint.
