About the product

St. Dalfour fruit spreads are made of 100% fruit! The pure fruit flavor rolls out in your mouth, with a delectable sweetness that is never over-powering. Having a spoonful of St. Dalfour is like biting into a delicious, ripe piece of fruit. How does St. Dalfour produce such a quality product? Two forces combine for this unique result: The qualities and characteristics of the original fruit and the manufacturing technology of St. Dalfour. Our fruit spreads are free of any additives, preservatives, white or other sugars, and are 100% natural, with absolutely no food coloring or any additives that do not come from the fruit itself.

About the manufacturer

St. Dalfour is a relatively young factory in French and European terms. It was founded in 1984 in the Bordeaux region, rich in vineyards and fruit trees. The company’s mission is to present a jam made of 100% fruit, where most other confitures and jams contain large amounts of processed sugar.

The St. Dalfour fruit spreads are based on a family recipe dating back more than 100 years. It was invented in a period where sugar supply was scarce and fruit juices replaced it as a sweetener. St. Dalfour decided to sweeten our lives with this unique jam, which is also healthy to most consumers.

When served

What St. Dalfour brings to the table is not only the product itself but the vast range of possible uses in the kitchen. Most naturally, we can start with a slice of fresh baguette, and over a generous layer of butter add, as a crown, St. Dalfour topping of our favorite fruit.

In addition, St. Dalfour delights are recommended for use in cooking, replacing sugar or honey. Adding a spoonful of St. Dalfour to roast beef, in a marinade for chicken before cooking it, or as a sweet and sour sauce for raw or baked fish will add depth and variety to the flavor. What is our favorite dessert? A large spoon of St. Dalfour in a bowl of rich yogurt.
